NAPRHSW Online Membership Form

Our association is inclusive of all social workers and other human service
professionals committed to our objectives and supportive of our mission.

To become a member:
Simply follow these steps to become a member of the National Association for Puerto Rican / Hispanic Social Workers, Inc.

  1. Fill out the online form below.
  2. Print out and sign the form.
  3. Mail your completed form along with payment (check or money order payable to “NAPRHSW”) to NAPRHSW, P.O. Box 651, Brentwood, NY 11717. Do not send cash. Once your application and payment are received, your membership will be processed.

AS A MEMBER OF NAPRHSW, YOU WILL RECEIVE...

  1. Our informative newsletter three times annually, showcasing the accomplishments of the association and its members.
  2. A standing invitation to bi-monthly meetings with an opportunity to hear and interact with guest speakers.
  3. The sharing of information on employment opportunities.
  4. The opportunity to participate in various activies, i.e. political, educational, and social.
  5. Members may also participate on standing committees, i.e. Education / Research. Membership, Health / Mental Health, Newsletter, Voter Registration, Aging, Children, Special Education, Program Planning and Fundraising.
